【Product Introduction】

       DY-GTL150XA dry temperature calibration furnace (-45°C—100°C), dry furnace is also known as dry well, dry well furnace, dry metering furnace, temperature measuring furnace, temperature calibrator, dry temperature calibration furnace. The dry furnace is a kind of convenient carrying, fast temperature rise and fall speed, very traditional on-site heat source (temperature field), the dry furnace adopts a high-stability temperature controller, and the test temperature range: -45 °C - 100 °CThe soaking block is made of alloy materials with good thermal conductivity. In terms of technology, it is synchronized with advanced technology at home and abroad, and is at an advanced level in terms of insertion depth, horizontal temperature field, vertical temperature field and other technologies. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals (GMP moist heat, dry heat miejun), machinery, ships, chemicals, biological products, power plant substations, steel mills, metrology and testing, scientific research, and other industries that require on-site temperature calibration.

【Product Function】

       Dry-body furnaces provide a stable, uniform, and accurate temperature environment (temperature field) and provide performance similar to that of a thermostatic bath (liquid bath), but dry-body furnaces are portable and do not require liquids. The dry-block furnace reaches a predetermined temperature point and stabilizes the temperature 5 to 10 times faster than the thermostat, which saves the calibrator's time and increases the temperature verification speed. The portability of the dry-block furnace allows it to be calibrated in the field, thus solving the difficulty of transporting the bath to transport.

       Temperature sensors, mercury thermometers, expansion thermometers, thermocouples, RTDs, and other temperature sensors can be easily calibrated through a dry-block furnace.

Dry body furnace features:

       1. More portable and lighter. Higher accuracy with a resolution of 0.1/0.01°C.

       2. Man-machine interface, Chinese display, touch operation, beautiful and generous.
