DY-K600X quick rise, dry cooling furnace body (50℃ to 600℃) is based on the DY-GTL-X intelligent dry body furnace technology on my company provide rapid rise cool dry furnace body, rapid rise cool dry furnace body in time to reach the predetermined temperature and temperature stability than ordinary dry body furnace on the market for five to 10 times faster, so can greatly save calibration staff time, raise the temperature detection speed, improve the labor.

The portability of the fast lifting and cooling dry body furnace enables it to carry out calibration in the field, thus solving the problems such as difficult movement of the constant temperature tank in transportation and slow heating and cooling.

In terms of technology, it is in step with the advanced technology at home and abroad, and in terms of horizontal temperature field, vertical temperature field, rapid rise and drop, etc.

Product use

Rapid lifting and cooling dry body furnace is used in the required temperature range, widely used in pharmaceutical, machinery, shipping, chemical, biological products, power plant substation, steel works, measurement testing, scientific research and other industries that need on-site temperature calibration.

Temperature sensors, expansion thermometers, thermocouples, thermal resistors and other temperature sensors can be calibrated more conveniently and quickly through the rapid lifting and cooling dry body furnace.

Lifting and cooling characteristics

1. Temperature rise: It only takes 13min for room temperature to 600℃ and 7min for 300℃ to 600℃.

2. Cooling: It only takes 12min to cool the temperature from 600℃ to 300℃.

It only takes 20min to reduce temperature from 300℃ to 100℃.
